Free assessment

The assessment session is free and carries no obligation to enroll.

Before your course begins

Cancel any time before your first session and receive a full refund.

After your course begins

A course is considered started once the first session has taken place.

If you have enrolled in a single course and cancel after it has begun, the course fee is non-refundable.

If you have enrolled in a package of multiple courses and cancel after the package has begun, you will be refunded what you paid, less the standard (non-discounted) rate for any course you have started or completed. A refund is never less than zero, and you will never owe additional payment after cancelling.

Package and opening term discounts apply to complete enrollments. When a package is cancelled part-way through, courses already taken are charged at the standard rate.

Deferring instead of cancelling

If your schedule changes, you can defer your enrollment to a later term at no cost rather than cancelling. Just let us know before your term ends.

Missed sessions

Every student receives two complimentary make-up sessions per course. Missed sessions beyond these are not refundable.

If we cancel

If we cancel a course or cannot place you in a suitable class, you receive a full refund of any amount paid for that course.

How to request a refund

Email us at koc.languagecenter@gmail.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take five to ten business days to appear.
